Employer branding photography

Showcasing the human factor for employer branding

After spending years working for the biggest sports teams, I’ve become experienced in capturing genuine moments and the personalities of people with a passion and a singular focus.

This approach is perfectly suited to showcasing the human aspect of companies, and an ideal tool for employer branding. Showing a company’s culture and team can help attract new potential employees.

The work I make is different from normal corporate photography. My portraits capture the personality of employees and my behind the scenes work shows authentic moments. These look real and show passionate human beings at work.

My strength is in capturing authentic portraits and behind the scenes images in the workplace

Employer branding photographer that focuses on driven employees

My strength is in capturing behind the scenes images in the workplace. I’ve worked with some of the best sports teams in the world, before realising I loved focusing on all people with a passion for their work.

Photographing genuine moments and the personalities of people in the workplace is what I’m best at. This approach is perfectly suited to showcasing the human aspect of companies, and an ideal tool for employer branding.

We will select some of your most passionate employees and showcase their work during a typical day at your company. This includes their work-related activity in the workplace, but also their interaction with colleagues and a proud portrait on the job.

Advantages of employer branding photography

Images shot in the workplace can be used for numerous employer branding and marketing purposes, including:

  • Showcasing the human side of the company on your website and social media channels, building a more personal image.
  • Quality photos increase both the response rate and quality of submissions for job openings.
  • Your own employees will be so proud of their photos they’ll share them on their own social media channels (employee branding).
  • Images of your employees at work are not just useful for employer branding, but also for general branding and marketing purposes.

What working with me will be like

  • With a background in engineering and experience working in many different environments (sports, aviation, university, tech)  I connect with employees easily.
  • Working in top sports, I understand when to be present and when to be a fly on the wall. This minimises the disturbance so your employees can still get some work done.
  • Unique style of behind the scenes and portrait photography, authentically capturing the personality of real humans instead of models.
  • Extremely reliable and communicative.
  • Flexible attitude, can work early or late hours and weekends.
  • Fast delivery: 2 weeks at most, usually within 1 week, but we can make anything work.
  • All rights are included with the images. No need for credit or licensing, just go crazy with your images!

From engineering to photography

After finishing a bachelor in mechanical engineering and a master in industrial engineering, I took the leap to become a top sports photographer. I worked for big teams like Jumbo-Visma cycling team, PSV Eindhoven football club and brands like Adidas, ASICS, ING and Red Bull.

After doing some soul searching, I discovered it’s not just sports I’m interested in. I actually enjoy photographing all people who are dedicated to their work. I love focusing on capturing their personality and authentic moments in their life, and at work.

When I’m not shooting images or walking my stubborn beagle dog, I like to do all sorts of sports like climbing, running and going out in nature for an adventure.
